Parallel test rig for axial turbine seal

Parallel structure - on the test bench are always checked two units simultaneously.

Test rig for shaft sealing of pumps

The test rig is adapted to customer requirements and enables accurate simulation of attrition of the mechanical seal under a specific or different operating conditions.

Specifications of the test rig:

  • Max. Shaft diameter: 170 mm
  • Speed: 5,700 rpm
  • Pressure side: P = 40 bar
  • Test rig for long-term test with continuous data recording

  • Deionized water (DI water)

Test rig for water hammer

Test rig for simulation of transient processes. For optical observation of cavitation the test rig consists of five Plexiglas tube segments.
